Wir haben unser Projekt in 5 Schritte unterteilt:

Schritt 01:

Auswahl der Grundrisse: Für unser Projekt haben wir die folgenden 4 Grundrisse als Ausgangspunkt gewählt.

Schritt 02:

Die Grundrisse wurden auf ihre Qualitäten hin analysiert, und erste Testversuche für analoge Modelle wurden durchgeführt.

Schritt 03:

Für weitere Kombinationen wurde das zuvor erstellte Grasshopper-Skript modifiziert, und einzelne Segmente aus Klara's Modell wurden um Freiformkurven gewickelt.

Schritt 04:

Bauprozess: Ein Abschnitt unseres entworfenen Modells wurde ausgewählt, und seine Isokurven extrahiert. Diese wurden in einem 2x1x1m-Modell aus Stahldrähten in unterschiedlichen Dicken umgesetzt.

Schritt 05:

Ausstellung: Als Abschluss dieses Projekts wurde eine 2-wöchige Ausstellung in den Viaduktbögen in Innsbruck organisiert.

We have divided our project into 5 steps:

step 01:
Choice of floor plans:
For our project we chose the following 4 floor plans as a starting point.

step 02:
The floor plans were analyzed for their qualities and initial test trials for analog models were conducted.

step 03:
For further combination, the previously created Grasshopper script was modified, and individual segments from Klara's model were wrapped around freeform curves.

step 04:
Building process:
A section of our designed model was selected, and its isocurves extracted. These were implemented in a 2x1x1m model made of steel wires in different thicknesses.

step 05:
Exhibition:
As a conclusion of this project, a 2-week exhibition was organized in the Viaduktbögen in Innsbruck.
